Maria's Meows is a foster-based cat rescue in central New Jersey. We take in cats that most rescues can't — the injured ones, the feral ones, the ones with complicated medical needs — and we find them the right home. 

We also run TNR for community cats — because fewer kittens born outside means fewer cats in crisis.

We're a 501(c)(3), entirely volunteer-run. No shelter. Every cat in our care lives with a foster family while they recover, decompress, or wait for the right match.
